Foods are very important and a basic need for the humankind. People survive also by eating what is consumable. But because of not minding what is placed on the plate or a container, sometimes it leads them to a disaster like having some foodborne illness. Contamination can happen in various ways and sometimes you cannot tell that your meat or drinks had been contaminated. It even can happen in a production process. Food poisoning occurs when you consumed a contaminated meal. Because you are so hungry and do not care about what you saw on refrigerator, you tend to eat it without considering its danger. Vomiting and heavy headaches are the usual symptoms you will encounter as you experience this kind of illness.

And since most people love to eat anything, perhaps this is the best time to control your cravings. Do not devour anything especially that stuff from the streets or drink waters from lakes and streams.

Even eating can lead you to something even more dangerous. One must not be careless at things. Otherwise, hell will await you. Maintaining cleanliness is an effective way to extinguish those hazards.
